Booking Policies


ROBERT Q'S AIRBUS INC. (hereinafter called Robert Q's Airbus) cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental resulting from:
(a) the act of omission of any party other than Robert Q's Airbus or its employees;
(b) mechanical breakdowns, traffic tie-ups, government actions, labour disputes, weather, Canadian or U.S. Customs and other factors and causes beyond our control;
(c) your failure to follow instructions including baggage handling, check-in and check-out times, but not limited to, our Airbus pickup points at the Toronto International Airport, Detroit Metro Airport, and in the cities we offer service.
(d) Cancellation or changes for any reason in the travel services offered. Robert Q's Airbus reserves the right to cancel or alter the travel services at its discretion. In the event of complete cancellation, Robert Q's Airbus shall only be liable to refund all monies paid.

Robert Q's Airbus expressly reserves the right to reject any person at any time before and during the trip if Robert Q's Airbus deems their conduct detrimental to the harmony or comfort of the trip. A refund covering the unused portion of the trip will be made without further obligation, responsibility or liability on the part of Robert Q's Airbus.

It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all documentation required by U.S. or Canadian Customs. Robert Q's Airbus cannot and will not accept responsibility for passengers denied entry into the U.S. or Canada. Passengers denied entry will be responsible for any costs required to return them to their point of origin. As incorrect documentation is beyond Robert Q's Airbus' control, no refunds will be allowed nor will Robert Q's Airbus reimburse for any costs associated with documentation or customs difficulties.

Robert Q Airbus continues to recommend the use of masks as a precautionary measure during travel.

Gratuities are not included in the fare and are at the discretion of the traveler. Customers that prefer to use electronic payment for gratuities can do so by contacting Robert Q Airbus.

Robert Q does not transport pets.
