Baggage Policy


Each passenger is allowed 1 carry-on bag, with maximum weight 25 lb (11 kg).
Each ADULT, SENIOR, and STUDENT is allowed 2 checked bags, with maximum weight 50 lb (23 kg) per bag and maximum dimensions of 66 in (168 cm) - dimensions measured length + width + height.
Each CHILD is allowed 1 checked bag, with maximum weight 50 lb (23 kg) for the bag and maximum dimensions of 66 in (168 cm) - dimensions measured length + width + height.

Excess Baggage Policy

Each piece of baggage will be charged $20.00 for weights between 51 lb (23 kg) and 70 lb (32 kg).
Each additional piece of baggage over the allowed limit will be assessed a fee of $20.00 (50 lb / 23 kg).
All baggage weighing more than 70 lb (32 kg) will NOT be permitted to travel on the airbus.

There may be additional charges for trunks, skis, bikes, golf clubs, containers, snow boards, etc.
Robert Q Airbus reserves the right to refuse to carry excess baggage that is not prearranged.

Baggage Liability Limits:

The maximum liability to Robert Q’s Airbus Inc. is $250.00 for all baggage per adult passenger and $125.00 per child passenger.

Robert Q’s Airbus Inc. is not responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage in excess of the value allowances.
Passengers are responsible to ensure proper identification is attached to each piece of baggage including: full name, complete home address, telephone number and email address.
Passengers must identify their baggage to the driver during the loading and unloading process.
Robert Q’s Airbus Inc. recommends discussing baggage insurance options with your Travel Agent.
Robert Q’s Airbus Inc. baggage policy may differ from your airline’s baggage policy.
