Check-in Instructions


**CHECK-IN DEADLINE IS 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE** Passengers checking in within 15 minutes of departure risk being moved to the next available departure.

From Terminal 1: Please report to our Robert Q check in counter at our Ground Transportation Desk, located on Ground Level, one level below the arrivals level, at Post P. Please call to check in if there is no representative at the desk and a Robert Q driver will meet you for the departure time - 1-800-265-4948, if using the desk phone, dial 9 + 1-800-265-4948 to complete the call.

From

Terminal 3: Please report to the Out of Town Van Services desk, inside to the right of door “C” on the arrivals level. Please call to check in if there is no representative at the desk and a Robert Q driver will meet you for the departure time - 1-800-265-4948, if using the desk phone, dial 9 + 1-800-265-4948 to complete the call.

After you’ve arrived in Detroit and COLLECTED YOUR BAGGAGE you must contact us to complete the check in process. From your own phone you could call 1-866-850-7874 or email us at airbus@robertq.com. You may reach us from any Visitor Information Center Kiosk located in Baggage Claim or Ground Transportation in both terminals by following the prompts listed under transportation. Locate Robert Q Airbus, pick up the phone receiver and press the Check In button to initialize the call.

From McNamara Terminal
Please report to the Ground Transportation level for pickup ...walk from the Baggage Claim to the elevator and go up to the 2nd floor, exit the elevator and walk across the pedestrian walkway bridge. When you get to the other side you will take the elevator down to the Ground Transportation area, turn right on the ground level and walk to the “Canadian Scheduled Shuttles" sign, at door #413. Watch for your driver 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure and when you see them approaching the terminal make your way to the Robert Q vehicle with your baggage.

From Evans Terminal
Please report to the Ground Transportation level for pickup …walk from the Baggage Claim to the elevator directly across from the information desk, and go up to the 4th floor where you will walk across the pedestrian walkway bridge. When you get to the other side, you will take the elevator on your left-hand side down to the ground level, exit the elevator, go left. The driver will park on the west side of the pedestrian sidewalk, usually in parking stall #2 or #3. You are welcome to wait outside or have a seat inside the terminal near the elevator. The driver will park and come to meet you.

Please note: U.S. Customs may require that you show printed copies of your flight and Airbus itineraries. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all correct documentation needed to cross the border is with them at the time of travel.

After you’ve arrived in London and you have COLLECTED YOUR BAGGAGE you must contact us to complete the check in process. Please call 1-866-850-7874 or email us at airbus@robertq.com . A prepaid cab / shuttle will meet you at the Arrivals curb to then take you to London Robert Q - 105 Wharncliffe Road S, where you will then connect with your departing shuttle for your end destination.
